The Grind is completely worthy of an entire post, too bad I only have a few minutes. Let's see what I can crank out.
Let me just say. The Nies has much flavah.
And he has KA-RAAAAAAZY physical fitness advice. Like...

He messes up a lot in the video, but it's in a "I'm just keepin it real, yo" kinda way, so, even though you're tempted to mock him, you're like "He's just keepin it real, yo. He's just like me, minus the fat hanging from my stomach and the arms ripplin' with waves of chunky fat goodness." I do believe it's his way of making you feel at ease.
I have to admit that I fast forwarded through most of the "warm up." I was like, "I didn't come to warm up, bitches, I came to GET MY GRIND ON." I also have to admit that there were several times where I would just touch my breasts or start doing the solo bump and grind but I'd totally snap out of it and lovingly remind myself "Yes, The Nies is hot and he makes you horny, but this isn't about your vagina, sistah, this is about your bumpy ass. Now, start doing 'the hit and run'!"
About 20 minutes into the video, I paused it to watch The Little House on the Prairie. Sorry, as much as I love The Nies, I think I love Pa Ingalls more. I just love them in different ways. The Nies makes me horny, The Pa makes me cry. But he also makes me laugh, that Charles Ingalls is one crazy son of a bitch. Did you people SEE the episode where that one couple was going to get divorced and they needed 2 witnesses so Ma and Pa came along and Pa started busting up during the proceedings. His friend, the dude that was getting a divorce was all "This isn't funny, Charles" and Pa was like "Oh yes it is!" So then, of course, Carol started laughing and the guy was getting pissed, he was like "YOU BETTER STOP LAUGHING, IT'S NOT FUNNY!" But PA DIDN'T EVEN CARE! But then, they all started laughing and GUESS WHAT?
They didn't get divorced after all!!
Damn, I love Pa. And that show
As for The Grind? I suppose I need to finish watching it before I can declare my love for it.
