This is totally not funny AT ALL and yet HAHAHAHAH

I have proof that I wasn't lying nor was I exaggerating about The Yelling.

Oh my GOD. This is AFTER I gave her The Bobs, which, AAAAHHH. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT FROM ME, sweet child of mine?

THE PROOF.

Now, you tell me, is it time to "take back the titties?"

Holy moly!

Yes. Take back the bobs. You are the Bobs Nazi.

"No bobs for you!"

By the way, my fave part of the recording is the giggling in the background.

OMG!
Your Bobs must be magic- Take back the Bobs!
Ok, and I was laughing at your laughing...

Posted by: demondoll at April 12, 2006 10:09 PM

Oh man. Even though I am SO MAD at her for doing this crap, I was sitting here in my room laughing so hard because DO YOU HEAR HOW LOUD SHE IS?

She's lucky I love her so damn much.

Posted by: Y at April 12, 2006 10:17 PM

I started reading your blog not that long ago. I enjoy it. I just wanted to say...I listened to the little one say "mom-mom" and I was dying laughing. My daughter used to do the same thing. I ignored her as best I could, at the time. Eventually she fell asleep. Some girls are more stubborn than others though. Whew, that was a hoot. Sorry...can't help but laugh.

Posted by: Isis at April 12, 2006 10:47 PM

I could NOT stop laughing! I never laugh out loud late at night at blogs! Usually! I mean every night! No way!

Posted by: Meg at April 13, 2006 01:08 AM

You are LAUGHING at your daughter!! Bwahahaha that is too funny!!

You are SO screwed! ::she says as she listens to Grace scream MOMOMOMOMOMOM eaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatt from the other room:: *sigh* We are so screwed aren't we? =)

Posted by: jenny lee at April 13, 2006 04:22 AM

Your laughter is the best bit, love it!

Posted by: Sarah at April 13, 2006 04:32 AM

That is the funniest thing ever... You're so going to have to play that at her 16th birthday party! HAHAHAHA.

Posted by: E at April 13, 2006 05:59 AM

Awwww that is hilarious. I miss those days with my kiddos. Now all I get is that "smart-mouthed" kinda "MOM" voice. *sigh* If only they were babies again.

I like your giggling in the background :)

Posted by: LC at April 13, 2006 06:37 AM

that is awesome. actually, give'm to her and keep recording. did she only yell MOMMOMMOMMOM or was there actual asking for the bob to be heard? i'm at work still so i didn't turn it up all the way :)

PS: my favorite was your giggling as well. and i know it's really not funny. but then again, it is.

Posted by: kim at April 13, 2006 06:57 AM

That's right E...when she is like 14 and wants her "space" you have to play that very very LOUDLY!

Or stand there and yell her name over and over again.

too funny.

GagaGooGoo! (my daughter's primal scream for nursing)

This little recording will come in really handy years from now when you need a bit of blackmail. . . .

Posted by: Mamacita at April 13, 2006 07:09 AM

dude. You know I think it's time. If the girl can ask for a refill then it's time. LOL. ;)

Posted by: Joelle at April 13, 2006 07:20 AM

That is freakin hysterical.

Posted by: Macca at April 13, 2006 07:21 AM

I have to add that the best part is your evil repressed chuckle in the background. lol. You kill me.

Posted by: Joelle at April 13, 2006 07:22 AM

bahahahahha.. too cute :0)
cold turkey lady... i feel for you.. i remeber those days... .. shes controlling the bobs and you... its her lovey her comfort .... give her new loveys and sippy cups and tell her the bobs have retired hahaha..

it's your giggling that got me. too funny.

Posted by: becky at April 13, 2006 08:23 AM

I'd totally take them back.

Posted by: jen at April 13, 2006 09:06 AM

Very Funny!

Isn't it wonderful to be able to laugh at them even as they torture us?
Be strong...the bobs belong to you!

Posted by: oshee at April 13, 2006 09:20 AM

I had to listen to it twice cause really it is too cute. Your laughter makes it that much more too! :)

Posted by: Angel at April 13, 2006 10:08 AM

Oh my god. That is seriously hilarious! And I remember laughing exactly the same way when I weaned my daughter and she still wanted more, and kept calling for me and... would... not... shut... up!

And I get to go through it all over again!!! Heh.

Posted by: Hed at April 13, 2006 11:39 AM

I had to laugh, even though I think it is probably a glimpse into my future (as I am typing this with my daughter on my boob.)
Your laugh was the funniest part, though. Hee hee.

Posted by: Tonya at April 13, 2006 11:39 AM

OMG hilair!

Anna Sofia was mesmerized by her...

Don't go getting any ideas, missy.

Posted by: Ninotchka at April 13, 2006 02:57 PM

Priceless. Now I wanna hear her asking for the bobs.

Posted by: Shylah at April 13, 2006 04:00 PM

We're listening to her over and over again because Malia just wants too. Too cute.

Posted by: maricar at April 13, 2006 05:06 PM

Hahaha. I love when she goes "Mommommommom" real quick. She keeps yelling it like you didn't hear her the first 1000 times. And like everyone else, I love your laughter. Priceless.

Posted by: Adrienne at April 13, 2006 08:40 PM

oh gawd.. that's the funniest thing I've heard in an age..

Not the yelling so much.. as your stifled giggling in the foreground *lol* totally sent me there with you.

About Y
My name is Y, but you can call me "Jesse's girl." I am an Aerobic Dancer and have mastered many moves, but the one I am the most proud of is "The Monkey." I have three kids. ALL FROM THE SAME DAD (Because, did you know someone actually asked me that question?) A 15 year old son, a 11 year old son and a 4 year old daughter who was not planned but who is loved more than words could ever express. I am addicted to Starbucks, reality TV and to getting really good deals through coupons and "club member" savings (Please, respect The Costco Card.) I am extremely competive and if you don't believe me, just ask my husband about the time I sold him out to win a game of Taboo. If you're waiting for the part where I speak of my love for walks on the beach or slow dancing in the rain, you're going to be disappointed because my idea of a good time usually involves things like "burping contests" and "doing The Worm".
