But fear not, Internet! Tomorrow, I shall tell you of my drunken dancing on the floor of the bowling alley.

Today, I am rededicating my life to Weight Watchers, for the 205th time. I am also rededicating my ass to The Gym. (But I am going to tell you right now that I am going to hate every damn minute of it because of the whole " No Aerobic Dance Class bullshit.)

These last 40-ish pounds are refusing to leave on their own. Asshole pounds.

So, forgive me if I do not feel like writing today. I'm too busy whining, and trying to talk myself out of driving to Starbucks to get a banana caramel frappucino (Which, for those of you who have not yet tried one, it tastes like a frozen banana, only, with caramel. So, it's pretty much "heaven in a cup." Oh, yes it is.)

If you listened to weight watchers they would make you eat exactly one banana chip dipped in a smidge of fat free carmel because somehow that satisfies the craving.

Delurking to say: found your blog over at amalah's and must say I am engrossed. The last post was powerfull.

Well it does have bananas in it, that's got to mean it's healthy.

I think we should start a petition to make you the instructor at Aerobic Dance Class. Then they would pay you to work out, win win!

This Weight Watchers failure really wants to try one of those banana caramel frappucinos!!!

Posted by: Stacey at June 12, 2006 01:03 PM

When I had to move my exercise from the outdoors to the gym for fear of frostbite, I thought it was the end and that it would never work. Ha! Now I am having the heeby jeebies about going back outside!

I bet you kick ass in kick boxing- I saw you monkey! And you know what? The more you mix it up the better you'll feel so go wild and throw in a spin class or something else too.

And, listen some of us know how you did the worm in a skirt at the bowling alley because we were fortunate enough to check in during the short time that hilariously drunken post was up. Aside from your spelling, I thought there was nothing wrong with it. Looking forward to the sober version.

Bananas? BANANAS!? I'm in love with bananas right now (34 weeks pregnant). I want a banana caramel frap! Oh, and there is a Starbucks right next door. Hmmm, sounds like fate...

Posted by: Stepherz at June 12, 2006 03:45 PM

We are like so Starbucks compatible.

Posted by: FlippyO at June 12, 2006 03:48 PM

I've been trying my hardest to avoid the new banana drinks at Starbucks. Now, I may have to try one. Starbucks + Bananas = Dangerous (for my wallet & waist)

Posted by: Melissa at June 12, 2006 03:51 PM

i just came across your site and checked out your flickr set...AMAZING. you look incredible.

Posted by: liz at June 12, 2006 04:13 PM

Maybe (*shrinks back defensively*) you could try the kickboxing. I've done it and it will tone the crap out of your arms and legs. Just a suggestion. Good luck with WW.

Crap.
Now I want a banana caramel Frappuccino.
Yeah,...and why did you delete your drunken-choni-showing-worm post--it was too funny!

Posted by: kelley at June 12, 2006 06:02 PM

Did you have to mention the words caramel and frappucino today? Seriously. Ok, that's it. I'm going to get one.

Posted by: princessr9 at June 12, 2006 06:26 PM

I've been avoiding trying the banana caps b/c I know I'l love them and I don't need another weakness at Starbucks considering they have on inside TARGET which I visit several times a week.

Posted by: Zoot at June 13, 2006 06:08 AM

As an sbux employee the banana carmel frap is heaven in a cup for sure (dont even look at the banana crunch bar in the pastry case)
It's very fattening. Avoid it at all costs or eat nothing at all the rest of the day.
I have gained 10 lbs since I started at sbux it's terrible.

You are seriously cruel, has anyone ever told you that? All this talk about yummy frothy carmaley (huh?) coffee drinks to a girl who lives in the equivalent of Starbucks sahara. Yes ladies, there is still a place without a Starbucks on every corner! Welcome to my own private hell!!

Posted by: Jessie at June 13, 2006 06:59 AM

Oh and I saw the drunken post too...

While you were doing the drunken worm in the bowling alley, I was doing the drunken wave at a girls boxing match! Woot woot!

Hiya Y,

I found my way here months ago from RSM and Amalah's places and you have long since been one of my daily reads. Best of luck with the WW restart but girl, I have to say that the absolute joy you take from parenting, your spirit, your humor and your ability to laugh at yourself and make others laugh speaks far more about your beauty than that last 40lbs does.

You are bootiful and I adore reading you.
Best wishes!

I rededicated myself to WW for the 206th time this past week in order to lose MY last 40 lbs. I've yet to rededicate myself to the gym, though. Baby steps... ;-) Good luck with your rededication, Y! You can do it!!

Zoot: Starbucks INSIDE Target are the worst most evil thing ever. It's not like I need MORE temptation when I'm at Target.

De-lurking here. Love your blog. HILARIOUS! I have also started back on WW. First meeting on Thursday. Do you ever go to the message boards? Good for support. Good luck you look great and you can do it! Love your humor and your outlook on life and parenting. Call me a fan!

Sounds delicious...I'll remind myself never ever to buy one. :-)

Just browsing your weight loss pics and I've got to say WOW you are doing so awesome! You look fabulous! :-D

I stumbled across a great diet, thanks to my doktor nagging me about my cholestorol.

Guess what it is?

No. Cheese.

Seriously, Im eating normally, but totally avoiding cheese - and the pounds are coming off.

Im finding cheese is hard to avoid, but now people are telling me "You're losing weight".

Of course, if a quesadilla falls into my plate - im not about to say no.....

About Y
My name is Y, but you can call me "Jesse's girl." I am an Aerobic Dancer and have mastered many moves, but the one I am the most proud of is "The Monkey." I have three kids. ALL FROM THE SAME DAD (Because, did you know someone actually asked me that question?) A 15 year old son, a 11 year old son and a 4 year old daughter who was not planned but who is loved more than words could ever express. I am addicted to Starbucks, reality TV and to getting really good deals through coupons and "club member" savings (Please, respect The Costco Card.) I am extremely competive and if you don't believe me, just ask my husband about the time I sold him out to win a game of Taboo. If you're waiting for the part where I speak of my love for walks on the beach or slow dancing in the rain, you're going to be disappointed because my idea of a good time usually involves things like "burping contests" and "doing The Worm".
