“Can someone please tell me why there is a stick of butter on the bookshelf?”
My daughter came skipping into the room. “Oh, I put it there this morning.”
“Why? Why would you put butter on the bookshelf, Gabby?”
“Because, Mom. I wanted it to be a buttery kind of day! OR! Maybe a ghost put it there. I can’t remember.”
I have a feeling I’ll never know the real story of how a stick of butter ended up on the bookshelf in the living room.
Is it just me or does a buttery kind of day sound kind of awesome?
Ha Ha, that is awesome!
Ain’t nuthin wrong with a buttery kind of day.
Who doesn’t want a Grade AA day?
Ha! Either a strange-yet-awesome plan on her part, or spectacularly-quick thinking on the explanation! 🙂
Yeah kids sometimes acting weird.. just like my
2 boys LOL
I read this post yesterday, and today I found a package of hot dogs on our hutch in the living room. Our kids are kindred spirits. 🙂
That’s cute…and far better than be discovering that hamburger was put in the pantry cabinet instead of in the fridge and that, once, two half gallons of ice cream I bought the day before had never gotten brought out of the back of my car. 🙁
I was so upset about the ice cream! lol
