*Drama Queen Alert*

Just now, I went into the garage to put some clothes in the dryer. As I turned around to walk out, I didn’t see the basketball on the floor and I tripped over it and fell to the ground. On my stomach. I layed there for a minute, making sure I didn’t break anything, then I slowly got up and started crying again. Now I’m freaking out thinking that I’ve hurt my baby. I’m walking around shaken up, hoping that I don’t start cramping or bleeding. I’m sure I’ll be ok, but I’ve heard horror stories of ladies who have fallen and hurt themselves while pregnant. I’m trying really damn hard to keep my dramatic nature in check, but it’s fucking hard to do on a day like this.

I did almost the exact same thing when I was pregnant!! I say, down with doing laundry and going out to the garage while you’re pregnant and klutzy.
Your day can only get better from here? Go lie down and rest. Hopefully you’ll feel better after a little nappie.
Poor thing! I know too well how it feels! I’m sorry!

I fell when I was pregnant too. 7 1/2 months pregnant, in fact, and in a public place where people were watching! Thankfully we were both fine (Cody and me) and I eventually recovered a bit of my normal grace. Which isn’t saying much since I can trip over air currents. 🙂 I hope you and Baby Girl are just fine. Take that nap Laura recommended if you can.

Aww, you’ll be fine. If you’re really worried, you could see a doctor?
BTW, I’ve heard pregnant women cry a lot.. for now reason 🙂

You’d think a rabid basketball fan would learn to keep her ball off of the floor.
You should put it in a safe place until the next game.

I hope you went to the hospital to get a checkup to make sure. Don’t write about it on a blog and do nothing about it. Watch what your husband says when you tell him. He’ll have you in the car immediately.

Oh Lord. I called the doctor and followed his instructions. I’m fine.
And my husband knows… I know how to take care of my body, thank you very much.
