My Blog May Suck , But My Life Sure as Hell Doesn’t.

I apologize in advance for posting another video. It’s so very Mommy Blogger of me, I know. But, you guys– my boys. MY BOYS! They played their first “gig” this weekend at a Relay for Life event.
It was one of the proudest moments I’ve had as their mother.
Especially for my sweet E. He had a little “Moment of Glory” during the song (Drum Solo at 2:05!) Yes, I cried and YES, I said “that’s my boy!” I was so glad to see him get some much deserved attention.

I was expecting some kind of tuneless screeching/jamming, but that was really great!

Holy moly! NOT what I was expecting! Ok, you have showed them before and I knew they were good but this is FANTASTIC!
What a blessing that your boys have a talent that is their passion! You have done a hell of a job raising your kids m’lady.

They rock! Seriously. What a solo. You have every right to get your mommy blogger on.

Wow, awesome! That band is really good. Hard to believe he is only in 6th grade. He is awesome now, but if he keeps with it at the same rate he is going to be over the top stupendous.

Well, I just cried right along with you Y! Especially when he kept saying that Ethan was in 6th grade! That boy has some talent!

Fantastic! I’m proud, too, and I only “know” you from your blog- which I read nigh daily. It looks like your children may have a career in music if they want. KILLER!!!!!

Ya know how people say “my son, he plays bongos” or whatever, then you think to yourself “oh, the proud mother, thats so sweet, i bet he does play” all skeptical like, like let me humor you. I totally did that. I must apologize, because your son, yeah, pretty awesome.

Great site…keep up the good work. I read a lot of blogs on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I’m glad I found your blog. Thanks,
    A definite great read…:)

Im sure many of you are like me and one of the first things you do in the morning is head here and check out the new post. Along with seeing the new posts, I’m also always checking out the blog roll rss feed and watching them grow, or shrink sometimes. In one of my past …but all in all excellent site. Keep it up!
