I could spend all day long just sitting down watching my little girl move around inside of me. I love placing my hand on my tummy and trying to guess what part of her body I am feeling. Is it her elbow? Is it a foot? Is it her little butt? Sometimes it freaks me out because I can feel the little bones brushing against my insides and I think “Oh my God, there’s a real, live human being inside of me!”. I can’t think of anything in this life that compares to this feeling. The feeling of a baby inside of my body.
Today while she was moving around, I thought I’d get out the camera and record my belly in action. For the most part, it just looks like you’re staring at a big, black blob, BUT you can see my tummy moving, her little kicks and at one point, you can see, what I think is her little bottom, move quickly across my tummy. If nothing else, you can see what I do for 90% of my day, Belly Watch.
She’s not even born and I’m already showing her off. Can you even imagine what you have to look forward to in just a few months?

Mellissa, no, it doesn’t hurt. I mean, as long as she stays away from the bladder, because THAT hurts. It’s the best feeling, actually.
I played that forward and backward over and over again. I loved that part of being pregnant, too. Very cool.

I totally agree with girl… having never been pregnant myself I was waiting for the (cute, dressed in pink) baby alien to pop out! And I can’t wait for all the showing off in a few months
Oh wow thats so kick ass. Having a baby looks like its so cool. Im not a girl so i wont get to do anyone of that but one day ill bet to be a dad and i cant wait. Your like so lucky.
I am SO glad you posted that. That was SO cool. Absolutely my very favorite part about being pregnant. *sighs* I have great memories of lying in a bathtub watching the little alien in my belly. It looked like her bottom to me, too. Feet are more pointy and don’t sweep across like that. Heee! I remember!! Thank you Yvonne.

for anyone who is unaware, RealPlayer will play Quicktime movies too.
Hmm. Any time I’ve tried to open a .mov file in RealPlayer, it’s told me to install Quicktime. Quicktime fucks up my computer. So there you have it.

I dunno. all I can say is to make sure you have the most updated version of Real Player. I saved the file to my desktop, right clicked and told it to open with RealPlayer. it took awhile b/c my computer is a slow bastard, but it worked.
I do have the latest one. I blame Microsoft.
For this video alone, I downloaded Quicktime.
All I can say is, CREEPY. I remember that! I was watching Queer as Folk when I first saw something.
Now I uninstall Quicktime.

That really was my favorite part of my pregnancy with Eva. It did eventually get to the point where I could tell exactly what I was feeling. She never did run out of room, so she was doing those acrobatics until the very end.
When I saw your baby move, I could feel Eva all over again. I can not wait to get pregnant again (well, yes I can!).
